Karen joined Gilde in 2025, bringing with her six years of experience as an Executive Assistant at Rivean Capital. Before that, she gained extensive experience as an Interim Assistant at organizations such as Rabobank, VBTM Advocaten, and Arval BNP Paribas. Karen holds two degrees from Schoevers University of Applied Sciences, in Office Management with a specialization in HR, and in Management Assistance.
