Wasco is the leading wholesaler of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) and sanitary equipment in the Netherlands. Wasco serves installation companies through its 2 distribution centers and 36 branches where it holds over 450,000 different products in stock.The people working at Wasco are doing their utmost to optimally serve their clients through initiatives like the 60-minutes delivery service.

Wasco was jointly acquired through a management buy-out by management and Gilde from the listed Ferguson Plc in 2019. Together with management a growth trajectory was initiated during which revenues increased fivefold over a five-year period. Significant investments were also made in new warehousing facilities and in expanding the product assortment, including air conditioning systems, to support further growth. Since August 2023, Wasco has become part of the French listed Rexel Group.
