Gilde joined as a co-shareholder in 2022. Since then, Navetto, another leading wholesaler, has become part of VDH Solar and the company has been renamed VDH Power to emphasize the expertise and growing importance of energy storage solutions in the energy transition.

Today VDH Power is part of family company Koninklijke Oosterberg, providing further scale and enabling an accelerated roll-out of the energy storage solutions.
