Somatech is a distributor of high-end computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software. The organisation also offers related advisory services.

Gilde and the incumbent management jointly acquired Somatech from its founder in 1996, by means of a management buy-out. Gilde subsequently sold its stake to the management team in 1998.
