Nspyre

Nspyre, formerly Ordina Technical Automation and Atos Origin Technical Automation, is a specialist technical and industrial automation services provider.

In 2008, Gilde together with management created Nspyre through the acquisitions and carve-outs of the technical automation departments of Ordina and Atos. Nspyre became the leading ICT service provider within the Benelux – with over 600 highly qualified specialists – in the area of innovation, R&D, highly complex business critical systems and engineering.

Nspyre has become well known for its value-added services and innovative solutions in technical automation, and successfully expanded its specialized competence offering. For example with the opening of a nearshore center in Cluj (Romania) and the acquisition of Irmato ES in 2014 (mechanics and mechatronics).

In 2015 Nspyre was sold to Altran, a global leader in innovation and high-tech engineering consulting, to become their spearhead in the Netherlands.
