Grand Duet

Grand Duet was founded in 1977 as one of the first manufacturers of frozen dough bakery products. Together with management, Grand Duet was carved out from the Bakker Bart organisation in 2013. In the years that followed, Grand Duet was successfully transformed from a dedicated supplier to the Bakker Bart franchise into an independent and leading Dutch bakery specialist.

This development was driven in part by a strong focus on new product development, building on more than 40 years of expertise in frozen dough products. Annually, Grand Duet produces over 200 SKUs, generating more than EUR 25 million in revenue.

In 2018, Grand Duet became part of the Spanish family-owned company Europastry, one of the leading bakery groups in Europe, marking the start of a new phase of international growth.
