I come from an entrepreneurial family, where I have seen first-hand at the family table how much progress can be made when there’s a good match between entrepreneur and investor. Sharing goals, brainstorming strategies on how to achieve them, and building on a trustworthy relationship where the investor is actively involved and offers guidance. I have seen how much positivity and impact results from that, which has inspired me for this profession.

How I got to know Gilde is that they are genuinely interested in the people behind the companies they work with, where they attach great importance to understanding the motivation of the founder and management team. It is this personal approach, in addition to the open culture that attracted me. Jointly we can make a difference. I believe in this way of working in which Gilde can contribute to joint success.
