Gilde became a shareholder of Vescom in December 2023. Together with the CEO Philippe van Esch and his management team, the next phase of growth will build upon Vescom’s market-leading position in Europe and other regions by continuing to develop premium high-quality products as well as further internationalization, including execution of a targeted buy-and-build strategy.
