Venlo Kranen

Venborgh is a leading manufacturer of sanitary taps. The organisation comprises two operating companies: Venlo Kranen and CN-Borma. Venlo Kranen offers a comprehensive range of innovative taps and has been one of the leading suppliers in the Netherlands for decades. Borma is a Danish company - its designer taps are targeted at an international clientele. Together, Venlo Kranen and CN-Borma formed the tap division of ATAG NV.

The division was spun off in 1998. Venlo Kranen was subsequently acquired by American Standard Companies Inc. (ASCI) in February 2001.

ASCI is a global player in the tap industry and the acquisition of Venlo Kranen allowed it to strengthen its European market position.
