Erbi

Erbi is a leading producer of kitchen worktops and washbasin tops. The company has innovation in its genes, and consistently introduces new materials and techniques. Examples include the Corian® and Cesarstone® kitchen worktop materials, as well as the next generation of plastic kitchen worktops. Its focus on innovation has enabled Erbi to retain its position as market leader, while simultaneously allowing it to set new trends in kitchen fittings.

The company generates the lion's share of its turnover within the Benelux, and employs some 70 staff. Gilde acquired a minority interest in Erbi in 1998, with the aim of financing the company's future growth. Together with the incumbent management team, Gilde acquired the remaining shares in 2004, by means of a management buy-out. In 2012 Erbi was acquired by Dekker.
