Ultimo Software Solutions chooses Gilde as partner for future growth

Nunspeet, April 2017 – Ultimo Software Solutions (“Ultimo”) is pleased to announce its partnership with Gilde Equity Management (GEM) Benelux (“Gilde”). Ultimo, a fast-growing developer of software for the functional management of business assets and processes, has been growing at double digit rates for the last several years and has ambitious (international) expansion plans. With Gilde as a new partner, the shareholders and management of Ultimo look forward to accelerate the growth by leveraging on Gilde’s capital and extensive experience in the software industry. The broader management, led by CEO Ewout Noordermeer, has become shareholder with founding director Jaap van Seventer remaining as shareholder and taking place in the supervisory board.
