Impulse Info Systems chooses Gilde as partner for the future

Oldenzaal, May 2016 – Impulse Info Systems (“Impulse”), developer of software applications for the healthcare market with a focus on electronic medical patient records, has entered into a partnership with Gilde Equity Management (GEM) Benelux (“Gilde”). Impulse’s software supports a growing number of approximately 30,000 healthcare professionals in their day-to-day care process. The partnership allows Impulse Info Systems to leverage on Gilde’s capital and extensive experience in the software industry to accelerate its growth. Founder Henk Koopman will continue in his current role as director and major shareholder.
