Famed and Infomedics join forces

After years of supporting active growth of Famed, Gilde Equity Management sells Famed to HAL Investments, whose portfolio company Infomedics will join forces with Famed. Both organizations are the leading players in claim settlement within the healthcare industry. Combined, the organizations will leverage their expanded scale to further grow in the healthcare market, which is characterized by increasing regulation, consolidation and digitalization. The combination will be well-positioned to further invest in employees, knowledge, technological development and business process efficiencies. The ultimate goal is to develop new products and further reduce administrative and organizational burdens for healthcare providers. For the time being there will be no changes to both organizations. In time Famed and Infomedics will form a new strong group, poised for accelerated growth in the healthcare market.

Famed and Infomedics together generate revenues of 53 million euro by providing financial and administrative services to a broad base of healthcare providers, such as dental, paramedical, pharmacy, mental health, general practitioner, hearing care, eye care and veterinary professionals.
