Actief Werkt! and Prima Personeel join forces

Breda, 11 January 2019 – Prima Personeel, specialized in temporary staffing of skilled professionals, becomes part of Actief Werkt!. With this joining of forces, Actief Werkt! is growing to a top 10 position in the Dutch temporary staffing market. Both companies employ more than 7.000 flex workers on a daily basis through 68 branches and in-house locations throughout the Netherlands. The acquisition is aimed at cooperation between the two companies and at strengthening each other’s services. Clients and flex workers will benefit from a more extensive range of services, a larger national branch network and a wider range of available jobs.

Approval of acquisition

The Authority for Consumers and Markets Authority (ACM) still has to decide on the takeover. This process is expected to be completed by the end of this month. Parties do not make statements about the acquisition price.
