Both do more than just temporary staffing. A personal approach, involvement and sincere attention for employees and customers are both central to Actief Werkt! and Prima Personeel. In addition, the major importance of local presence and entrepreneurship applies to both companies. This is where we make the difference.”
Bastiaan Last, founder and owner of Prima Personeel, is enthusiastic about the collaboration with Actief Werkt!: “We really fit well together. Actief Werkt! and Prima Personeel share the conviction that temporary staffing is all about the human touch. That people make the difference. Both companies complement each other well in their services. As a result, our skilled flex workers get a much broader range of available jobs. With the expansion of the service offering and a larger branch network, clients will be served even better in their personnel needs.”
The Authority for Consumers and Markets Authority (ACM) still has to decide on the takeover. This process is expected to be completed by the end of this month. Parties do not make statements about the acquisition price.
